Question 1

Will Flowna get my Instagram account banned?

Accepted Answer

No. Flowna only uses Instagram's official Messaging API and stays within Meta's rate limits and policies — it never touches your account through unofficial methods that put it at risk. We'd still recommend replying to genuine engagement rather than mass-messaging, so your automations stay comfortably within Instagram's guidelines.

Question 2

Do I need my Instagram password?

Accepted Answer

Never. You connect through Instagram's own secure authorization (Meta OAuth) — you approve access on Instagram's screen, and Flowna never sees, asks for, or stores your password.

Question 3

Do I need a Business or Creator account?

Accepted Answer

Yes — you need either a Business or Creator account to connect via the official Instagram API. Both work great with Flowna, and switching a personal account to Creator is free and takes a minute in the Instagram app.

Question 4

How does Flowna work?

Accepted Answer

You pick a post and a keyword. When someone comments that keyword, Flowna instantly sends them the DM you wrote — with your PDF, link, or button attached. It works the same way for story replies and direct messages.

Question 5

Can I send PDFs, links, and offers automatically?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Attach a link, a lead magnet like a PDF or guide, a course or community link, or a product/offer, and Flowna delivers it in the DM the moment someone comments your keyword — no manual sending.

Question 6

Can Flowna automate comments and DMs?

Accepted Answer

Both. Pick one post or reel — or every post — set the keywords that should trigger it, and Flowna can post a public reply on the comment and send the DM. It also automates replies to direct messages and story replies.

Question 7

Can AI reply to my comments?

Accepted Answer

Your core automations always send the exact DM you write. AI-assisted replies — which draft context-aware responses with a safety gate, so nothing goes out that you wouldn't send yourself — are rolling out on the Pro plan. AI is a helper on top of your automations, not a requirement.

Question 8

How fast is setup — and do I need to code?

Accepted Answer

No code, ever. You build an automation in a short step-by-step flow: choose the post, set your keywords, write the DM. Most people go from connecting their account to a live automation in under two minutes.

Question 9

How many Instagram accounts can I connect?

Accepted Answer

Flowna works with one connected Instagram account at a time. To switch, disconnect the current account and connect another — each account's automations and history stay separate. Agencies that need several accounts at once should look at the Custom plan.

Question 10

Will Flowna work while I am offline?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Flowna runs 24/7 in the cloud — your auto-replies fire even while you sleep.

Question 11

What happens after my free trial?

Accepted Answer

You get 7 days free. To set up the mandate your bank asks for a ₹5 authorization, which is refunded — you're not charged for the plan until the trial ends. Cancel any time before then and you pay nothing; otherwise your plan simply begins at the founding price.

Question 12

Can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Cancel from your dashboard in a couple of clicks — no email or phone call needed. Cancel during the trial and you're never charged; cancel later and you keep access until the end of your current billing period.

Question 13

What's your refund policy?

Accepted Answer

The 7-day free trial means you only ever pay once you've decided Flowna is worth it — you're not charged until the trial ends, and cancelling before then costs nothing. If you've been billed and something isn't right, contact support and we'll help sort it out.

Question 14

What happens to my ₹399 price later?

Accepted Answer

Subscribe during the founding offer and you keep ₹399/month for as long as you stay subscribed — even after the price returns to ₹1,499/month for everyone else. If you cancel and come back later, you rejoin at whatever price is current then.

Question 15

Can agencies use Flowna?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If you manage multiple brands or need team access, white-labeling, or advanced permissions, the Custom plan is built for agencies — get in touch and we'll tailor it to how you work.
